My go to dessert is always muffins. My sister loves them and she asks me to make them when her friends are coming over. They’re really easy to make and your kids or visitors will love them!
The recipe is supposed to be for 12 muffins but I get 18-20 muffins each time. It depends on the size. If you have a smaller baking tray you could consider making less because you’ll really get a lot of them.
- 2 eggs
- 8 dkg sugar
- 2,5 dl milk
- 30 dkg flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 10dkg plain chocolate or chocolate drops (I use both)
- 2 pinch salt
- 15-18 dkg oil
- 2-3 tbs cocoa powder or chocolate powder
1.) Take a bowl and beat eggs in it. Add sugar. Mix it together, add salt, baking soda and milk.2.)
2.) Through the strainer add flour and baking powder. Use strainer so the flour won’t stick together.
3.) At the end add chopped chocolate, chocolate drops or both. Then add cocoa/chocolate powder.
4.) Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and put paper muffin cases in the tray. Fill them close to the top. At the end, you can put chocolate drops on top of muffins.
5.) Bake for about 15-20 minutes. Check with a toothpick if they’re done.
I hope you enjoy eating them as much as my family. 🙂
